The Fireshift Difference
We believe fire safety should be transparent and straightforward.

- Independent Assessment: We perform the physical maintenance as your “Competent Person,” then coordinate with independent FPAA Accredited Practitioners for your final AFSS sign-off. This dual-check system ensures you only ever pay for the maintenance you actually need.
- Reminder Service: We track your 6 and 12-month intervals for you, ensuring you never fall behind on your legal obligations.
NSW Fire Safety Regulations (AS 1851-2012)
While Fireshift keeps your site safe year-round, it’s important to note that from 13 February 2026, maintenance according to AS 1851-2012 is a mandatory requirement for all Class 1b to Class 9 buildings in NSW.
By choosing Fireshift, you are ensuring your building meets these new legislative standards, protecting you from potential council fines and insurance complications.
